Sponsor an Exhibit, Museum or Gallery Space
Commemorate your support for the Italian Hall Museum by sponsoring an exhibit museum or gallery space. Several of the Italian Hall Museum’s most striking features are still available for sponsorship.
Support is needed to fund the museum’s permanent and temporary exhibitions about Italian American history and culture. Individual and corporations may wish to sponsor a particular exhibit for the year or for its lifetime. Sponsorship is variable depending upon the exhibit. By sponsoring an exhibit, donors receive recognition inside the museum and associated promotional materials.

Rather than leaving your gift to the government, make a meaningful charitable gift to the museum. There are several ways that you can support the Museum through estate planning:
Bequests
An outright bequest to the museum e.g., by will or living trust, is fully deductible for estate tax purposes. Bequests can take many forms and can include:
- Gifts of a specific dollar amount
- Specified assets including securities, real estate or other personal property
- Remaining retirement account assets
- A residual bequest, where the museum becomes a beneficiary after all other obligations are met.
Life Insurance
Surplus life insurance coverage can become a charitable gift to the museum. Gifts through life insurance are a practical way to give a substantial gift at a moderate cost.
Endowments
Private endowments help to secure the future of the Italian Hall Museum by providing a predictable and permanent source of funding year after year. Invested wisely, they allow the Italian Hall Museum to plan strategically for the future.
